In my art, I engage ephemera and symbols and incorporate history, tradition and myths as part of the process, bringing to attention the things we look at each day without seeing. Within each layer is a truth, sometimes obscured by ambiguity, other times in blazing clarity. Yet, it is only when looking through all the layers that the whole picture becomes clear. This is also how the world is, I believe.
