| Recently I've been collecting discarded family photos found in antique stores and estate sales. I am curious how these abandoned artifacts landed on a stranger's shelf as if a connection no longer exists to the keeper of memories. My efforts to embellish and animate these images serve as a witness to a life lived and an acknowledgement of our own latent longing to be remembered in some form or fashion. |
