| I practiced law for nearly 25 years and ultimately wanted something more personal. Artmaking is a means of self-expression and a way to see inside myself and connect to something real that is hidden by our daily existence. When I make art, I feel within for a place that is beyond words and thought -- my intention is to express that feeling that sustains me, that contains me -- an image that I can inhabit. |
