Our work varies in subject and discipline, but is tied together by several themes. Our culture is all about communication, yet we often feel alone and alienated. Our culture of entertainment encourages women to hate their bodies, fear aging, and pit themselves against one another. A loss of community and sadness pervades our day to day urban life.
